As winter comes along came the desserts! The only thing that surprised me is that all icing call because this is the English term (or frosting for the Americans), now I understand that we want anglicized anything but the icing is not famed for French cuisine?!? Not knowing the history of pastry maybe I'm wrong, I still much prefer the Italian cakes! XD
